Q: What if typhoon signal no. 8 is hoisted on the day of a meeting?

A: According to the typhoon policy of our venue at The City Hall, if typhoon signal no. 8 or above, or black rainstorm signal, is hoisted, all rental will be cancelled and the venue will remain close.

If on the day of meeting, typhoon signal no. 8 or above, or black rainstorm signal, is still hoisted at 6 p.m., the meeting will be cancelled. An announcement would also be posted up on the website as well.
